WCVIS Production Lead (PAR-PL-2024) 

Position: Production Lead
Location: Paris, France (Hybrid)
Reports to: Global Creative Director

Role:

The Production Lead at WCVIS will focus on multidisciplinary execution at an extremely high level, working with conceptual and technical masters to accomplish the execution of the studio's high-concept work. This role requires a special background in executing diverse projects in the luxury industry, with a strong emphasis on fashion, set environments, and lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of multidisciplinary projects in the luxury sector.
• Collaborate with conceptual and technical experts to achieve project goals.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in all project executions.
• Oversee set environments, lighting, and other production elements.
• Coordinate with international teams and freelancers.
• Work in a highly sensitive way with various time zones, ensuring seamless operations across New York, Paris, and Tokyo.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Fashion, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a production role within the luxury goods industry.
• Strong background in fashion, set environments, and lighting.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate across different time zones.

Compensation: €100,000 - €130,000 EUR per year.
