Position: Freelance Creative Roles
Location: Paris, France (Hybrid)
Reports to: Project Leads and Global Creative Director
Role:
Winston Cuevas Visual Image Studio (WCVIS) is seeking world class freelancers in Paris to join our dynamic team. We are looking for experts across five key areas of expertise to support our high-concept projects in the luxury goods industry, including jewelry, fine spirits, fashion, and accessories. Our studio emphasizes innovative and relevant solutions that help our clients achieve their market goals.
Areas of Expertise:
1. Graphic Design for Printed Material
- Develop high-quality printed materials including brochures, catalogs, and promotional items.
- Ensure designs align with brand standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling print content.
2. Three-Dimensional Design and Rendering
- Create detailed 3D models and renderings for runways, windows, interiors, and displays.
- Work closely with the design team to bring conceptual ideas to life.
- Utilize software such as Rhino and Keyshot for precision and quality.
- Coordinate styling for photoshoots, fashion shows, and events.
- Develop scenography concepts that enhance the visual impact of our projects.
- Collaborate with directors and designers to ensure cohesive execution.
4. Digital Design
- Create digital assets for websites, social media, and online campaigns.

Ensure all digital designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.

Work with the team to maintain the digital presence and brand consistency.
- Immersive, Tech-Oriented Luxury Design, and Motion
5. Graphics

Develop cutting-edge immersive experiences using the latest technologies.

Create motion graphics and visual effects for high-end presentations.
- Explore new digital mediums to enhance the luxury experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the in-house team to understand project goals and requirements.
- Produce high-quality work within established timelines and budgets.
- Adapt to varying project scopes and creative directions.
- Maintain strong communication with project leads and team members.
- Work in a highly sensitive way with various time zones, ensuring seamless operations across New York, Paris, and Tokyo.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in one or more of the specified areas of expertise.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in the luxury goods industry.
- Excellent technical skills in relevant design software and tools.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate across different time zones.
Compensation: €35 - €130 EUR per hour, depending on experience
